Screening Pass Terms and Conditions

By acceptance of this admission pass, pass holder agrees to all of the following conditions: Pass holder hereby releases MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. (the “Producer”) and its respective owners, partners, subsidiary or affiliated companies, and their sponsors, telecasters, distributors, stations, and the respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, agents, successors and assigns of all of the forgoing (collectively, the “Parties”), from and against any liability for loss or damage to persons or property or for the infringement of any rights and from any and all claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever. The Parties assume no responsibility and shall have no liability (including for negligence) for any injury, damage or loss to pass holder’s person or property while on the premises. Pass holder assumes all risk of damage and injury, and/or loss. Each of the Parties respectively reserve the right to refuse admission and to revoke the personal license this pass grants at any time for disorderly/offensive conduct or failure to comply with the Parties’ respective rules, the terms stated herein, or applicable laws. Each person entering the premises must have a pass. Latecomers will be seated at the Parties’ discretion. Use of cameras, recording devices and/or cell phones, smoking or the carrying of weapons or glass/metal containers is strictly prohibited. Parties are not responsible for any costs that arise with respect to pass holder’s use of the pass, including, without limitation, travel related costs such as car, airfare, hotel and any other costs.

Pass holder irrevocably authorizes the use of his/her likeness, voice and/or name incidental to any live or recorded video display, broadcast or other transmission, exhibition or reproduction of the Show. Pass holder consents to being televised directly or to having his/her likeness, voice and/or name reproduced on film, tape, video or other recording or photograph that may be used at a later date and releases the Parties from any and all liabilities in connection therewith. Pass holder also irrevocably grants each of the Parties the right to use and to permit others to use, in perpetuity, his/her likeness, voice and/or name recorded or reproduced in connection with the 2008 MTV Movie Awards Sneak Peek Week (“Screenings”) in all media worldwide, whether now known or hereafter invented, including, but not limited to, television, radio, cable, videocassette, videodisc, multi-media, on-line and other electronic media, and for advertising, publicity and promotion. Pass holder warrants his/her right to authorize such use. The Parties shall have no responsibility in the event of the cancellation or rescheduling of the Screenings. There will be no refunds.

Eligible pass holders must be the appropriate age for the Motion Picture Association of America (“MPAA”) Film Rating for the Screening they are attending and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian if required by the MPAA Film Rating. In no case shall any pass holder be under 13 years of age.

Arrive early! Seating is on a first-come, first serve basis. This pass does not guarantee you a seat. Theater is overbooked to ensure a full house. Theater is not responsible for overbooking. NO ADMITTANCE ONCE SCREENING HAS BEGUN. RATED R for strong language and some sexual content.

The pass is the property of Columbia Pictures who reserves the right to admit or refuse access to the theater at the discretion of an authorized representative. NO RECORDING. This screening will be monitored for unauthorized recording. By attending, you agree not to bring any recording device into the theater and you consent to physical search of your belongings and person for recording devices. If you attempt to enter with a recording device, you will be denied admission. If you attempt to use a recording device, you consent to your immediate removal from the theater and forfeiture of the device and its contents. Unauthorized recording will be reported to law enforcement and may subject you to criminal and civil liability.
